Little Legends Learning™ creates custom personalized educational workbooks. Every workbook is individually designed, illustrated, and produced by our team using information and photographs provided by the customer.

These Terms & Conditions apply to every visitor, account holder, and customer of littlelegendkids.com and any Little Legends Learning™ products or services.

Every workbook is individually created for one specific child using customer-provided information and photographs. Because each book is a unique made-to-order product, small variations in illustration, color, and layout are a natural part of a handcrafted keepsake.

To help us create the best possible workbook, customers are responsible for providing:

• Correct spelling of your child's name and any personalized text
• Accurate child information, including age, grade, and learning preferences
• High-quality, well-lit photographs suitable for character design
• Correct shipping information at checkout
• Careful review of all submitted information before completing checkout

Please review your order carefully. Once production begins, personalized details cannot be changed.

Little Legends Learning™ uses photographs and personalization information supplied by a parent or legal guardian to create an illustrated character inspired by the child.

Customers understand that the resulting character is an artistic interpretation and not a photographic reproduction.

Little Legends Learning™ makes reasonable efforts to create a recognizable illustrated representation of the child; however, a 100% exact likeness cannot be guaranteed.

Differences may occur in facial features, expressions, hair, skin tone, proportions, clothing, poses, accessories, or other illustrated characteristics.

Such reasonable variations are a normal part of the artistic personalization process and do not, by themselves, mean that the personalized product is defective.

By submitting photographs or personal information relating to a child, the customer represents that they are the child's parent or legal guardian or otherwise have the legal authority and necessary permission to provide the photographs and information for creation of the personalized product.

Customers must not submit photographs of a child when they do not have the appropriate authority or permission to do so.

Little Legends Learning™ may wish to showcase examples of completed personalized books to demonstrate the types of products and experiences we create. Finished book artwork may include personalized illustrated book covers, illustrated characters, and selected interior book pages.

Because personalized artwork may include a child's first name, illustrated likeness, or other personalized elements, Little Legends Learning™ will request appropriate permission before intentionally using identifiable personalized book artwork for public marketing purposes.

Marketing may include:

• The Little Legends Learning™ website
• Social media
• Digital advertising
• Promotional materials
• Portfolio displays
• Product examples
• Other Little Legends Learning™ marketing channels

Important: Permission to create a personalized book is not the same as permission to publicly market that child's personalized book.

Original photographs submitted by a parent or legal guardian for character creation will not be intentionally used as public marketing images merely because a personalized book was purchased. Public use of a child's original photograph requires separate authorization.

Little Legends Learning™ retains full ownership of all creative and intellectual property, including:

• Artwork and original illustrations
• Educational curriculum and activities
• Page layouts and design systems
• Branding, logos, and product names

Purchased workbooks are licensed for personal, non-commercial use by the family that ordered them.

Workbooks and their contents may not be copied, reproduced, redistributed, scanned, sold, republished, or used commercially in any form without prior written permission from Little Legends Learning™.

You agree to use our website and services for lawful purposes only, to provide accurate information, and to keep your account credentials secure. We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that violate these terms.

Little Legends Learning™ provides personalized educational products with great care, but they are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Little Legends Learning™ and Cannon Digital Group LLC are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a specific order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you may have under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our services or the law. The current version will always be posted on this page with the updated date at the top.
