When you place an order or contact us, we collect the details we need to create and deliver your workbook and to keep you updated along the way.

• Name, email address, phone number, and shipping address
• Account details when you create a Little Legends Hub™ account
• Messages, notes, and communication history with our team
• Order history, preferences, and approvals

Every workbook is designed for one specific child, so we ask you to share only the details our team needs to bring the adventure to life.

• First name and age or grade
• Interests, favorite themes, and learning preferences
• Optional Heritage Heroes Collection preferences you choose to share

Child information is provided by a parent or guardian, used only to create the personalized workbook, and never sold or shared for marketing.

Photos help our illustrators design a character that truly looks like your child. Uploaded photos are:

• Stored securely in a private, access-controlled photo library
• Used only by our internal team for character design and quality review
• Never sold, shared publicly, or used in marketing without your written permission

You may request removal of your uploaded photos at any time by emailing us.

Little Legends Learning™ creates personalized educational books in which a child becomes part of an illustrated learning adventure.

To create a personalized character, a parent or legal guardian may be asked to provide photographs of the child. These photographs are used to help create the child's customized illustrated character and produce the personalized book.

Submitted photographs are used as visual references to create an illustrated character inspired by the child's appearance.

Because the finished character is an artistic interpretation rather than a photographic reproduction, Little Legends Learning™ cannot guarantee an exact photographic likeness.

Facial features, hair, skin tone, body proportions, expressions, clothing, poses, and other illustrated characteristics may vary as part of the artistic and personalization process.

Our goal is to create a recognizable, age-appropriate illustrated representation of the child while maintaining the artistic style and visual consistency of the book.

Child photographs submitted to Little Legends Learning™ are collected for the purpose of creating and producing the personalized product ordered by the parent or legal guardian.

They may be used as visual references during the character-creation, illustration, design, review, and production process necessary to complete the personalized book.

Submitting a photograph for book creation does not, by itself, give Little Legends Learning™ permission to publicly post or use the child's original photograph for advertising or marketing.

Original child photographs will not be intentionally used as public marketing images unless the parent or legal guardian has separately and specifically authorized that use.

Little Legends Learning™ takes the privacy of children seriously.

Photographs submitted by a parent or legal guardian for character creation are used during production of the personalized book.

After production of the completed personalized book has been finalized, Little Legends Learning™ deletes the child's submitted source photographs from its active production files and does not intentionally retain those source photographs for use in future book production.

If a customer later orders another personalized book, new photographs may need to be submitted.

This deletion policy applies specifically to the original source photographs submitted by the parent or legal guardian.

The deletion of submitted source photographs does not necessarily include the finished illustrated character, completed book files, order information, transaction records, customer communications, or other business records that Little Legends Learning™ may reasonably retain for order fulfillment, customer service, recordkeeping, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or other legitimate business purposes.

Technical systems, hosting services, storage providers, or other service providers may also maintain temporary or backup copies according to their own technical retention and backup processes.

Little Legends Learning™ does not sell children's submitted photographs.

There is an important difference between the original source photographs a parent or legal guardian uploads and the finished illustrated artwork we create (the illustrated character, book cover, interior illustrations, and completed book).

Little Legends Learning™ will request appropriate permission before intentionally using identifiable personalized book artwork for public marketing purposes. Permission to create a personalized book is not the same as permission to publicly market that child's personalized book.

Original photographs submitted for character creation will not be intentionally used as public marketing images merely because a personalized book was purchased. Public use of a child's original photograph requires separate authorization.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment provider. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers. Stripe collects and processes payment information under its own privacy and security policies.

We email you about your order, production milestones, approvals, shipping, and delivery. From time to time we may share family-friendly updates about Little Legends Learning™. You can unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in the footer of any message.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember order preferences, and understand how families use the site so we can improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information, including encrypted connections, access controls, and secure cloud infrastructure. While no system is ever 100% secure, we take reasonable steps to protect the information you trust us with.

You may contact us at any time to:

• Request a copy of the information we hold about your family
• Correct or update your account and order details
• Delete photos, child information, or your account
• Opt out of non-essential email communication

We use a small number of trusted partners to help us operate the business. Each partner is limited to the information required to perform its service.
