Custom Products & Refund Policy

Every workbook is custom designed, illustrated, and produced specifically for your family. The characters, story, activities, and cover are created for one child and cannot be reused or resold to anyone else.

Because of this, personalized products cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun. This is standard for handcrafted, made-to-order products and it allows us to give every family a truly one-of-a-kind keepsake.

Little Legends Learning™ books are custom-made products created specifically for an individual child.

The personalized illustrated character is an artistic interpretation based on the photographs and personalization information supplied during the ordering process.

Although Little Legends Learning™ makes reasonable efforts to create a recognizable representation of the child, a 100% exact photographic likeness is not guaranteed.

Reasonable differences between a submitted photograph and the final illustrated character are not considered printing errors or manufacturing defects and, by themselves, are not grounds for a refund. This includes reasonable artistic differences involving facial features, expressions, hair, proportions, clothing, poses, or other illustrated characteristics.

Nothing in this provision is intended to eliminate any rights or remedies a customer may have when:

• The customer receives the wrong product
• The product is materially different from what was ordered
• The physical product arrives damaged
• A printing or manufacturing defect occurred
• Little Legends Learning™ made a material production error

Those situations are handled according to our existing refund, replacement, and customer-service policies and applicable law. See “If Your Workbook Arrives With an Issue” below.

The original child photographs submitted for character creation are not required to remain in our active production files after the personalized book has been finalized.

Little Legends Learning™ deletes submitted source photographs from its active production files following completion of production, subject to applicable technical backup and service-provider retention processes described in our Privacy Policy.

We stand behind every book we ship. If your workbook arrives:

• Damaged in transit
• Defective in printing or binding
• Incorrect due to an error on our part

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@littlelegendkids.com and include a short description and photo of the issue. We will gladly work with you to correct it, typically with a reprint at no additional cost.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if corrections are needed to a name, spelling, photo, or any other personalized detail. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes before production begins.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or changed because personalized products cannot be resold to another family.

Digital Download workbooks are personalized, finalized, and delivered by email once artwork is approved. Because these files are custom and cannot be returned once delivered, digital workbooks are non-refundable.
